What is Hot Yoga?

Hot yoga allows the body to detoxify and cleanse through sweating in addition to making the body more pliable in the postures resulting in restricting and properly aligning the body. All of our classes are designed to work out the full body both internally and externally providing physical and aesthetic benefits as well as maintaining a healthy internal organ system along with the muscles, joints, ligaments and glands. Everything!

The postures are basic and easily understood by a beginner but are always challenging; students can practice the sequence of postures for a lifetime and be continuously challenged by class.
