These flow classes utilise a combination of strength, balance and movement to help you channel your fitness and flexibility. These classes are a powerful learning experience in which you will re-discover your body, how it works and what it can do. It's ideal for students with at least a little yoga experience, ready to deepen their practice.

Same room, same heat, different postures. This fun and energetic class brings a twist to our Classic 90 with a variety of different postures to challenge the mind and the body.

Inferno
The Inferno 60 class is for everyone to enjoy. It is a challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity 60 minute workout. These Inferno classes strengthens muscles and burns fat, helps create a strong core, improves circulation, and boosts metabolism. Inferno brings an energized twist to your existing postures, supporting your yoga practice. Be prepared for high energy sequences followed by a well deserved cool down bringing your body back to complete recovery and relaxation. These classes are performed on a yoga mat in a room heated to 36 degrees. Prepare to be inspired, to sweat, to work hard — and of course, feel great.

Just as our lives should be, these classes bring both the yin and yang together to find balance. These invigorating classes start with a continuous flow bringing heat to the body before moving into long deep stretching poses, to improve flexibility. A great class for those who want to bring balance to body and mind.

Kundalini
Kundailini yoga is an uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices. The technologies of this ancient healing practice have been scientifically proven to activate specific parts of your brain that increase awareness and generate more balanced control. Through a dynamic blend of postures, meditation, pranayama (breathing), music and mantra, this practice works to increase the nervous system on a cellular level and increase your energetic awareness. Slow Flow
These classes will bring you back to balance and set you up for the week ahead. Practiced to music, these slow flowing classes release tension, build strength & control and develop a mind body connection. With an emphasis on posture and alignment, these non heated classes are ideal for those with injuries, new to flow or those who enjoy mindful movement.

Yin
A calm meditative class starting with yin postures, moving into yoga nidra and finally meditation. In yin you will stay in the postures for longer, allowing you to access and stretch deeper muscles. Nidra and mediation will help relax your body and mind, the perfect way to end the week.

Kids Yoga House
Yoga is a great way for children to develop important skills in a fun, non-competitive environment. Our children's yoga classes use music, games and activities to help children focus their minds and stretch their bodies, all whilst having lots of fun.

One to One
Are you working with an injury or feel that you would benefit from more guidance to advance your practice? These session can go at your pace, focusing on your own goals and suited to your body.
