The Art of Arm Balances

Arm balances aren’t about brute strength, they’re about timing, trust, and a little bit of courage. This workshop makes the art of arm balancing approachable, intelligent, and fun.  We’ll strip things back and build things up properly, using drills that teach you how to shift weight, engage your core, and actually enjoy being on your hands. 
Some of the balances we’ll explore:
– Crow and one-legged crow
– Flying pigeon and flying lizard
– Side crow and a few funky variations

This workshop is open to all levels, with one simple prerequisite: you should be able to hold a plank for 30 seconds with steady form.
Come to learn, wobble, laugh, and surprise yourself – falling out is part of the practice!

Her mixed-level classes are energising yet accessible, guided by thoughtfully curated playlists and a playful, encouraging teaching style. With an emphasis on exploration and giving things a go, she creates a welcoming space where students can build confidence, move with intention, and deepen their practice at their own pace.
