Yoga has changed my life in ways I never expected. Having danced until my early 20s, I thought flexibility was all I needed. How wrong I was! I was totally hit by the yoga truck. It challenged my physical strength, my determination, my breathing and my ability to stay calm. It is through these challenges that I have become much stronger. You have to work hard to find peace in the hot room but once you have it, it comes more easily to other areas of your life. Your challenge becomes your strength.

Physically it’s cured my asthma, improved my posture and helped take the stress monkey off my back!

After a difficult year, going on training was a no-brainer. Yoga helped me cope with a stressful time and I wanted to share the benefits with others. I went in Spring 2012 to LA and teaching this yoga is great. Seeing the post class smiles and hearing how it has changed peoples lives makes it all worthwhile.


Bikram Yoga has changed, and continues to change my life in so many ways. I am one of the bodies "forged of steel" Bikram described to us on training. In my practice I have gained flexibility through the use of my strength and I continue to find balance between flexibility and strength in my daily practise. My mind also benefits from the calm yoga brings me and sometimes there is just nothing better than laughing during a yoga class! Smiling, laughing and yoga :-)

Becoming a teacher was a long time in the making for me. I began practicing in 2008. I had tried other types of yoga before but nothing had hooked me in. After my first class of Bikram, I was hooked!!! It challenged me like nothing else and is now a HUGE part of my life. I finally went on Training in 2014 and I absolutely LOVE teaching. It is unbelievable seeing students try in class and guiding them on their yoga journey.

This yoga has helped me through the ups and downs of life. Most recently the sudden death of my father, and I am forever grateful for the peace it brings.


After going through some post traumatic stress and some serious family woes Bikram Yoga found me. The best thing that ever walked into my life and the strongest, most powerful, amazing relationship I have ever had. After practicing for a few years I was mentored by the fantastic Federico Zanni and Katerina Cooke who shipped me off to Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in 2013. Awesome. The most incredible, toughest, emotional, intense few months of my life but I came out like a breath of fresh air having found where I belong in life. Since, I have been teaching all over the UK and spent a year in the USA teaching in LA, NYC and Miami. I am currently back in London and looking to develop my knowledge of yoga on further courses. Bikram Yoga has given me the strong foundation for life that I was always searching for, and with knee and back injuries, Bikram Yoga has also become my healer.

There is nothing I have more passion for than sharing this incredible practice. Finding new students and seeing how they grow and change their lives because of it. I eventually want to take this and my further yogic knowledge around the world hosting retreats and spreading my gift to as many people as I can.

I hope you too find the incredible gift of Bikram Yoga and take this practice with you for the rest of your life... It rocks my world!!!



After initially practicing as a teenager from Lyengar's 'Light on Yoga' and the classic book 'The Science of Breath' by Yogi Ramacharaka, Mark went on to study Power Yoga with Brian Kest in Los Angeles. It was wonderful to discover how poses that were physically challenging left him feeling stronger, peaceful and balanced in mind as well as body.

He went on to try various different styles during his travels including Ashtanga, Bikrams, Iyengar and Jivamukti. He realised that each approach has something to offer the student and loved how the practice of yoga always meets us where we are.

Mark has a long background in healing therapies and holds a BSC in Therapeutic Bodywork. He finds the practice of yoga to be a powerful therapeutic modality, capable of physical, emotional and spiritual healing. It is a tool to help us in our lives and is available to each of us regardless of our unique history and present fitness. It is an empowering practice that brings radiance and joy to those that practice with diligence.

Mark underwent a teacher training with Hot Zen and appreciated the non-dogmatic approach to yoga and the fact that he was encouraged to find his own style as a teacher unique to him. He loves to share his passion for yoga with others and challenges his students to move safely forwards with their practice while enjoying the journey.

Apart from bringing strength, flexibility and physical vitality he believes that yoga also helps to allow the sacred to infiltrate life a little more. He continues to be a student of yoga and life.


Before I discovered yoga I had a hectic job, working long hours and partying for even longer hours! I was stressed, over worked, over weight, and struggling to find a work / life balance. My friend dragged me to my first Bikram Yoga class (after 3 months of persistent persuasion) and I was hooked after my first class. I slept like a baby and kept going back for more.

I practiced 5 times a week for two years and couldn't believe the transformation physically and mentally. There were so many benefits. My flexibility improved, muscle tone, weight lose and I had clearer skin. Everybody noticed the difference the yoga was making. Then I made the leap. I quit my job, sold my car and went to L.A for 9 weeks on the Bikram Yoga teacher training and the rest is history!


As an experienced health and fitness professional, Vicky is passionate about helping others discover their fullest potential. Over her 15 years, her extensive client base has given her the opportunity to connect with a wide diversity of people. Her dynamic energy, humour, and can do attitude shines through as she inspires her students to achieve both mental and physical goals.

Her yoga journey started in snowy winter in New York as a complement to her fitness regimen and a way to warm up! She soon found that it had a much more profound impact on her whole life. Unlike any other fitness activity she was involved, yoga not only healed and strengthened the body, but also re-framed the mind to savour each moment, both on and off the mat.

Working with a range of complementary and alternative health practitioners including chiropractors and osteopaths has complemented Vicky's yoga teachings and journey. She is a sports therapist herself and with this unique combination, she has developed a keen insight into the significance of spinal health in contemporary yoga practice.


I have always had a passion for health and fitness, from studying sports science to my first job as a fitness instructor, however I left the industry to join the corporate world. A hectic lifestyle eventually took its toll and in crept anxiety and difficulty sleeping. Yoga and meditation became my remedy! I developed a sense of calm, techniques to control my breath and a love for yoga! A trip to a beautiful ashram in India developed my practice further and as cliché as it may sound, I knew that my life would never be the same again.

Now trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa my aim is to promote yoga and share the gift. I understand what living a hectic lifestyle means and the impact that this can have on our physical and mental health. Yoga provides the yin to this yang, cultivating a fiery energy that manifests into a bliss state of peace, calm and perspective and that’s something that everyone should be able to enjoy.

My teaching style is authentic, calm yet powerful and promotes a non-judgmental, personal practice that encourages mindfulness and presence on the mat, allowing the world outside to momentarily melt away.

Natalie is an encouraging teacher who believes strongly in the healing power of yoga having experienced her own accomplishments both on and off the mat.

Bringing humour and compassion to the room, Natalie reminds her yogis to practice freely and fearlessly whilst teaching the simple, powerful foundations of Baptiste inspired Yoga to craft sweaty and dynamic flows.


James is a friendly and approachable teacher. His classes are dynamic and challenging with helpful adjustments to guide you into the postures.

Having trained as a professional dancer he understands the effect that stress can have on the mind and body and the benefits that yoga can have on dealing with this and other health related conditions. James studied at the Richdales Institute- Hammersmith Hospital, Bodyharmonics Centre- Cheltenham, The Power Yoga Company- Fulham, with Stewart Gilchrist and holds a diploma in Holistic massage, Indonesian massage, acupuncture, Tui Na (Chinese sports massage), and yoga teaching.


Luka found Hot Yoga in her second year of studying drama at the Central School of Speech and Drama. After practicing her first class she realised she was pursuing the wrong career. She managed to incorporate daily Hot Yoga practice into her busy school schedule. In Spring 2013, soon after graduating, she went to teacher training.

Luka loves the calming effect that Hot Yoga can bring. "I used to have a constant mind chatter that I'd just grown to accept, but after a year of regular practice the mind chatter stopped. I could breathe and enjoy life in the present moment. It has absolutely transformed my life.


We would like to give Patricia a very warm welcome to the team. Patricia has learnt to teach a range of different styles of yoga such as Hot Yoga, Hot Vinyasa Flow and Core Fusion.

Patricia is known for her authentic and non-judgmental teaching style, bringing a contagious enthusiasm and sense of curiosity into her classes. Prior to her yoga certification, Patricia has an extensive experience in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer and Health Coach which have all influenced her teaching style.

By combining insightful alignment skills and a spirit of playfulness, Patricia creates an uplifting experience for all her students. Her classes are challenging, but approachable, as she takes you beyond the physical aspects of yoga, and brings you into your own sacred space..
